Dear Customer,
Implementing the following guidance will help your security during
bank transactions. Please follow it to protect yourself and your
money:
- Use ATM cards, machines, point of sale and local transfers
(SARIE) instead of cash. Do not carry any large sums of cash
with you after transaction in order to protect yourself from
theft.
- Do not under any circumstances give any information about
your account and specially its passwords to anyone.
- If you're in need of assistance during your transaction,
please consult bank employees only.

IBAN |

International Bank Account Number (IBAN): As per instructions of
Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), please note that your standard
13 digit account number will soon be taking the form of an
International Bank Account Number (IBAN). Your current account
number will not change, however, there will be additional characters
placed before your account number to become 24 alphanumeric digits
that will represent your IBAN. In order to send and receive
international or local transfers you will be asked to provide your
IBAN. |

Dear Customer,
Emirates Bank regards customer security on the internet with a
significant importance. That is why we would like to update you with
matters concerning your security.
Recently, there have been emails received that appear to originate
from reputable organizations, which are, in fact, sent by impostors.
Fraudulent emails request for personal and banking data. We would
like to inform you that EB does not request customers to provide any
sort of information whether via email, SMS or phones
What you should do
Be Careful About Giving Out Valuable Personal Data Online. If you
see e-mail messages from someone you don't recognize who asks for
personal data which relates to you - such as your account number,
credit-card number, or password
DO NOT SEND ANY DATA WHICH HAS POTENTIAL IMPACT TOWARDS YOU. DO NOT
give/distribute out personal information over the Phone/PC/Mobile
Avoid using an automatic log-in feature that saves/stores your user
name and/or password, if you do so; please make sure to delete all
data from the Phone/PC/Mobile memory before leaving the session. |
